ABOUT US
When we eliminate the barriers that hold us back, success knows no bounds
About Phanella
I coach and advise leaders, founders and teams, helping them strengthen their performance, exercise sound judgement and guide their organisations forward with clarity and confidence.
An Accredited Executive Coach, I also draw on a career spanning corporate law, investment management and entrepreneurship to support leaders operating in complex, high-accountability environments. Known for my judgement, discretion and direct but warm approach, I am trusted by my clients when leadership matters most.
I have designed and delivered executive coaching and leadership programmes for a wide range of organisations globally. Alongside my own client work, I lead a carefully selected group of experienced associate coaches who support our clients with the same judgement, credibility and discretion.
Together we help leaders and teams strengthen decision-making, alignment and organisational performance.
How we work
I work personally with senior leaders and am supported by a carefully curated group of experienced, accredited associates. Each is selected for their judgement, credibility and ability to operate effectively within complex organisational environments.
Together we deliver individual, paired and team coaching engagements — both in person and online — providing high-quality support shaped around the needs of each leader, partnership or leadership team.

Our work is grounded in a commitment to strengthening leadership and supporting people and organisations to perform at their best
Trust & Judgement
Trust & Judgement
Trust is central to all of our work. Senior leaders invite us into conversations where the stakes are high and where judgement, discretion and experience matter. Our clients value a perspective grounded in real leadership environments, from global organisations and professional partnerships to start- and scale-ups. They know that with us, they can think openly, test difficult ideas and address the most challenging leadership questions.
People & performance
People & performance
Leadership performance is always about people. Our work focuses on strengthening the human dynamics that shape organisations, including decision-making, communication and the ability of teams to work well together under pressure. We are deeply interested in how leaders think, how teams function and how organisations create the conditions for sustained high performance.
Entrepreneurial Perspective
Entrepreneurial Perspective
Many of the leaders we work with operate in fast-moving, high-accountability environments: building businesses, leading organisations or navigating periods of growth and change. Alongside extensive experience working with global organisations, we bring a strong personal understanding of entrepreneurial leadership and the realities of operating where decisions carry real consequence. This perspective allows us to support founders, partners and senior leaders with both rigour and practicality.
