Together, we identify your growth goals using psychometric tools, feedback, and open questioning. Where appropriate, for example, in CEO transitions, we include stakeholder feedback to provide a clear picture of your impact. This exploration clearly explains your current position – internally and externally- and sets the foundation – and goals for our coaching journey.

Understand

With your goals in sight, we delve into your strengths and identify what is holding you back. Together, we develop new approaches that play to your capabilities and help you move towards your goals, including addressing blockers, managing relationships and your impact on others and refining your leadership approach and public image.

Implement

Supported by a step-by-step development plan setting ambitious but achievable targets, you’ll have everything you need to achieve your strategic goals and feel happier and more fulfilled in your work.

How we work together

Each programme is highly personalised, professional and discreet, delivered in person or remotely. You can choose from one of two flexible coaching models:

1. Transition coaching.

A retained service for seamless leadership transitions over 6 or 12 months, designed to give new CEOs or newly invested founders the best start. It includes on-call support and in-depth evaluations at key milestones.

2. Traditional coaching.

6-12 personalised coaching sessions lasting up to 90 minutes each, designed to accelerate your growth and sustain long-term success.
